About Kiran Birk

Kiran started her career in personal injury nearly a decade ago as an assistant and developed a passion for law. She graduated from York University with an Honours in Bachelor of Arts where she double majored in Philosophy and Law & Society. Subsequently, she obtained a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Strathclyde University and was called to the Bar in January 2020. During her undergraduate career and after law school, she continued to work at personal injury firms. Here, she had the opportunity to work on catastrophic impairment claims, dog bite, slip & fall claims, and disability claims. She has also conducted successful WSIAT hearings, CPP and ODSP hearings. She started at Diamond and Diamond in February 2023.
