Personal Injury Fees

As advertised, your initial consultation with Diamond and Diamond Lawyers is FREE. There is no obligation to sign up or retain our firm. We aim to be as transparent and upfront as possible about our fee structure.

In personal injury, we work strictly on contingency, which means we only take a percentage of the settlement when we settle the case. The amount of fees will vary depending on the severity of the case. In many cases, we discount our fees for more serious cases. The smaller cases will attract no discount as they take a fair amount of work and garner very little in the way fees. If you would like to know what fee would be appropriate for your case, please call us at 1 800 567 hurt.

In accordance with Law Society requirements, our contingency fees can vary based on the severity of your injuries, Diamond and Diamond Lawyers will not charge more than 33% plus HST and Disbursements.*
