Quite unexpectedly I found myself listening to a very well articulated, informative, kind, understanding young professional, who contacted me to help me (sic!) as a result of a referral. That alone was an unusual experience.

Mr. Robert Pauls sounded very confident and more than willing to tackle my pressing (unexpected) deadline, ready to work "around" my mental disability. Then the time came for me to make a phone call to the office. I left a message with deep sigh of wonder - if and when I would hear back.

In a very timely manner, my call was returned and all the formalities were finalized EXACTLY HOW AND WHEN they were expected to be completed. There was not a single "surprise", excuse, complaint.
