Quite unexpectedly I found myself listening to a very well articulated, informative, kind, understanding young professional, who contacted me to help me (sic!) as a result of a referral. That alone was an unusual experience.
Mr. Robert Pauls sounded very confident and more than willing to tackle my pressing (unexpected) deadline, ready to work "around" my mental disability. Then the time came for me to make a phone call to the office. I left a message with deep sigh of wonder - if and when I would hear back.
In a very timely manner, my call was returned and all the formalities were finalized EXACTLY HOW AND WHEN they were expected to be completed. There was not a single "surprise", excuse, complaint. Not a single time was our current situation mentioned as if it were non-existent. When there was a risk of a delay b/c of it by the third party, it was clearly mentioned at the very beginning. (No surprises even there).
All procedures/expectations were clearly explained and executed remotely, as pre-planned by Mr. Robert Pauls.
One day I was clearly instructed what would be needed. The next day, having prepared all that I was asked for, we successfully proceeded. (I have never known this caliber of transactions could be done from the comfort of my Papasan chair.)
My funds were used as predicted. The cost was kept at a minimum, not compromising the quality. The very pressing (unrealistic to some) timeline was adhered to.
If you can imagine a golden Cadillac of legal professionalism (please excuse the inadequacy of my comparison) - here it is, all ready for you -
Mr. Robert Pauls and his very well led/coordinated team.
Thank You Mr. Pauls, thank you Dilpreet and Noel. I hope Your kindness gets reciprocated by those lucky enough to be close to You. Peace
Ms. Dawe, St. Catharines, ON
