operated by Endeavor Air, crashed upon landing at Toronto Pearson International Airport. The

The Montreal Convention:
As this was an international flight between the United States and Canada
(both
signatories to the Montreal Convention), your rights are protected under this international

Under the Montreal Convention, Delta Air Lines can be held strictly liable
for up
to approximately $200,000 USD (approximately $284,000 CAD) in damages for proven physical

traffic control, or the airport can be proven, compensation can exceed the initial
