About Manpreet Bhogal

Manpreet Bhogal recently joined the team at Diamond and Diamond Lawyers. Manpreet was called to the bar in 2020 and is a member of the personal injury division at Diamond & Diamond. Manpreet represents clients involved in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, dog bites and other personal injury claims. Prior to joining Diamond and Diamond, Manpreet completed his articling at a general practice law firm in Mississauga. This experience equipped him with valuable insights into accident benefits claims, defence litigation, negligence claims, employment law and real estate litigation. In his practice, Manpreet is actively involved in various legal proceedings including attending examinations for discoveries, mediations, and motions. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Landlord and Tenant Board, the License Appeal Tribunal, and the Social Security Tribunal. Manpreet’s first reported decision was in the Social Security Tribunal while he was an articling student. Manpreet is also a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. In his time off, Manpreet enjoys playing sports, watching hockey and spending time with his family and friends.
