About Jillian Carrington

Jillian Carrington attended the University of Winnipeg for her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice studies, where she was awarded the Gold Medal at graduation. She moved to Ontario and obtained her juris doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2011. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.

Jillian began her legal career in criminal defence, where she was a partner at a large criminal law firm in downtown Toronto. While there, she obtained extensive trial experience at both the Ontario and Superior Court of Justice, in various jurisdictions throughout Ontario.

In 2017, Jillian joined Diamond & Diamond Lawyers LLP and now primarily practices personal injury. Jillian is a partner and head of the trial lawyers’ division.

Jillian is a mother of three who enjoys spending time with her family and her visually impaired dog Madeline.
