About Natalia Poliakova

Natalia is a Licensed Paralegal with the LSUC. Natalia graduated from Humber College with diploma in Paralegal Education and received her paralegal license in 2011. Natalia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics and Literature from University in Russia. Natalia gained her knowledge of the accident benefits system through her work at rehabilitation clinic before becoming a paralegal. Prior to joining Diamond & Diamond Natalia was working as Accident Benefits Co-ordinator and Paralegal for over thirteen years and was responsible for managing cases from initial intake to settlement. Natalia is committed to ensuring that the clients receive individual attention, guidance, and care. She is persistent when working on clients’ files to achieve the best possible results for them.
