About Manan Gambhir

Manan was born and raised in New Delhi, India. He earned his B.A. LL.B. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2019 and was called to the Bar in India the same year.

Before relocating to Canada, Manan practiced litigation in India, representing clients in criminal, civil, commercial, and constitutional matters. He appeared before appellate courts, the High Court of Delhi, and the Supreme Court of India.

Manan subsequently moved to Canada to pursue his Master of Laws in Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall Law School. He completed his articles with Diamond and Diamond Lawyers LLP in 2025 and was called to the Ontario Bar in May 2026.

His practice focuses on plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accident claims, slip and fall matters, occupiers' liability claims, and insurance disputes. He is committed to helping injured individuals navigate the legal process and obtain the compensation they deserve.

Manan has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and is a member of the Toronto Lawyers Association.

Outside of the office, Manan enjoys cycling, hiking, playing badminton, and following Formula 1, soccer, basketball, tennis, and cricket.
