We write to provide you with a further update beyond the update provided in June 2024. We have issued, served, and filed the individual claims. The examinations are scheduled to take place on May 26^th, 27^th and 30^th, 2025. At the examinations, we will have an opportunity to question a representative of the Defendant about the issues in this proceeding. We will provide another update once the examinations are completed.
