About Nadia Condotta

Nadia Condotta is the Head of the Civil & Commercial Litigation Team at Diamond & Diamond Lawyers.

She has a broad based commercial and civil litigation practice that encompasses all manner of contract disputes; partnership and shareholder disputes; insolvency and debt collection; real estate and construction litigation; wrongful dismissal for both employers and employees; injunctions; and administrative law. A large portion of her practice is dedicated to helping the survivors of sexual assaults, physical assaults, institutional abuse, and school board negligence, including injury, bullying and discrimination.

She regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court, as well as at various regulatory and administrative tribunals.

She has a Masters in History from York University and graduated with her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2014 from Exeter University in the UK and is called to the Bar in Ontario.
