Joshua’s practice focuses exclusively on plaintiff personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accident claims, slip and fall cases, accident benefits claims, and other disability-related matters. He understands that an injury can affect far more than a person’s physical health—it can impact their ability to work, support their family, maintain their independence, and enjoy the life they had before the accident.

With this understanding, Joshua takes a client-focused approach to every case. He works to ensure that his clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process while pursuing the compensation and benefits they may be entitled to.

Joshua joined Diamond and Diamond after articling at a prominent personal injury law firm in Toronto. He earned his legal education through the dual JD program at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014.

During law school, Joshua was actively involved in Pro Bono Students Canada and participated in a number of moot competitions, experiences that helped develop his advocacy and legal research skills.

As a Partner at Diamond and Diamond, Joshua continues to bring a dedicated, practical, and compassionate approach to representing injured individuals. He is committed to standing up for his clients and helping them move forward following serious accidents and injuries.

Outside of the office, Joshua enjoys playing golf and softball and spending time with his family and friends.
