About Nadia Condotta

Nadia Condotta is an associate lawyer at Diamond and Diamond Lawyers.

She has a broad based commercial and civil litigation practice that encompasses all manner of contract disputes; partnership and shareholder disputes; insolvency and debt collection; real estate and construction litigation; wrongful dismissal for both employers and employees; injunctions; and administrative law.

She regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court, as well as at various regulatory and administrative tribunals.

She has a Masters in History from York University and graduated with her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2014 from Exeter University in the UK and is called to the Bar in Ontario.
