About Prabh Simran Kaur
Prabh completed her law degree in India, graduating in 2020, and went on to practice commercial litigation for approximately three years. Recognizing early in her career that her passion lay in advocacy and drafting compelling narratives, she pursued her master's in business law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. Prabh articled at a civil litigation and immigration firm in downtown Toronto, where she gained valuable litigation experience. Prabh was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025 and subsequently joined a personal injury firm. Prabh fiercely advocates for victims of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and dog attacks, approaching each case with dedication and compassion. Outside of work, Prabh enjoys swimming, discovering hidden coffee spots across the city and spending time horseback riding.Bar Admission
